_{Commission for *Hanani90. She asked for a chibi TYL Hibari~ He's not exactly in his trademark TYL suit but I wanted to go for a more peaceful look, so I threw in the kimono and Hibird (and the plaid haha) I'm no good with backgrounds >///< and sorry about my watermark;; it sucks, I know D:
